Our Player's Development Aim & Motto

Dreamz Soccer Club are consists of many type/ranges of players in terms of skills,race,equality and also various ages from 10 to 15 years of age. We as coaches in DSC not only coach players ball skills but we also groom and teach them to have a positive mindset, creative minds, good characters and learn to have a great leadership.

We always emphasise to them that there are no such thing as natural born winners or perfections. Everything must be done with hard work, dedication & discipline. Everyone starts from nothing to becoming something and to become someone useful for their family and also for our society in the future to come.

We also taught them to not be scared of making a mistake or afraid of failures because when we fail, we will always learn from the lesson and there are always room for improvements. So to simplify my point, is football or in Singapore we refer the word "Soccer" is a big part of our lives.

We will always guide them in achieving their sports endevour, always advise them when it is needed and always give them support and unconditional love.

Welcome to Dreamz Soccer Club. My name is Lanz and I am the head coach for Dreamz Soccer Club, along with Coach Maz, my assistant. I have accreditation in soccer coaching ( FAS Preliminary Coaching & NCAP Level 1 & 2 from Singapore Sports Council) and have coached soccer teams and been involved in soccer camps since 2009 . My assistant and I have a strong passion for this game and with our vast playing and coaching experience, we want to bring out the best in our players.

Our soccer club emphasizes on fun and enjoyment and skills development.Gaining knowledge and experience in the technical and tactical elements of soccer is important, but we also want our players to develop qualities(such as being a good team player, having great leadership quality and great sportsmanship) that can be transferable to real life as part of their continuous learning journey. It is our intention to expose our club and the players to as many friendly matches and tournaments as possible. We want to give our players equal opportunity to play and we want each player to experience playing in a range of positions.

Hi! I'm Mazlan Bin Nordin, 36 years old and I am currently volunteering as an assistant coach at Dreamz Soccer Club. I have been playing soccer since my Primary School days and loving the game still. I remember playing soccer during my leisure time at basketball courts, street soccer courts and field. I joined the NSSL when I was in Primary 6. We finish 4th placing that year and when I was in Secondary 3, we came in 3rd. I also compete in the South Zone Tounament with my secondary school team and came in 2nd.

In late 2006, I joined NFL Hougang team as a trainee. However, it was just a short stint as work commitment got in the way. In 2008, I joined an amateur team and with the guidance of Zainal Abidin, a veteran coach and former international player in the 1970s, I became a more versatile, sensible, innovative and smarter player. His physical training also helped me to become stronger, more confident and determined player. He also emphasize to us the importance of being compassionate, disipline, humble and respectful of others.

As an assistant coach at Dreamz Soccer Club, I believe my experiences would be a great contribution to the club. I may not have any accreditation yet, but my passion goes far beyond the papers and credentials. I believe with the guidance and mentoring from my Head Coach Lanz, I can guide the youths in this club. These youths are my inspiration to strive harder.
